Crushing Process:
1 The hopper A-1 LC6000x4000 is to collect the raw materials from the loader or dump truck.
2. The materials (about 300TPH) in the hopper will be fed into A-3 jaw crusher HJ110 for primary crushing by A-2 vibrating feeder ZSW1300x4900 continuously and evenly .
3. After crushed by the jaw crusher HJ110, the raw materials will be crushed from 0-660mm to about 0-190mm. There will be a surge hopper to collect the crushed material, through A-4 vibrating feeder GZG110-4 they can be fed into A-5 hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 evenly and continuously.
4. After crushed by the HPT300 (CSS32mm, 300TPH), the outputs will be transported to A-6 vibrating screen 3YZS2460 for screening. There will be about 85% smaller than 35mm, about 300x85%=255TPH. And the bigger than 35mm products(300x15%=45TPH) will return back to the hopper waiting for re-crushing.
