Crushing Process:
1.Transport the raw materials to the Hopper.
2.Before crushing, separate the stones firstly by the vibrating screen 3YZS2160. The stones bigger than 3 mm be delivered to the next hopper and be collected for crushing.
3.The smaller sized stone less than 3 mm will be delivered to the probability screen GLS-1836 for further separating. Stones bigger than 3 mm will be delivered to the next hopper and be collected for crushing also. Stones smaller than 2 mm will be transported to the final product pile.
4.All the bigger sized stone collected in the second hopper will be sent to the sand making machine VSI 5X9532 crusher for crushing.
5.After crushing by sand making machine VSI 5X crusher, the discharged stones will be fed to the second vibrating Screen 3YZS2160 for separating. The stones bigger than 3 mm will return for re-crushing. The stones smaller than 3 mm will be delivered to another probability screen GLS-1836 for separating to get the final product sized 0-2 mm.

Advantage:
1.We design a hopper before the VSI crusher, which will make sure the abundant feeding of the material to make the full use of the crusher. In this way, we will get more final product by consuming the same power.
2.We use the probability screen which will sort the small sized stones very thoroughly and all the final product 0-2 mm will be separated out without any blocking.
3.Since 50% of raw materials are small sized, so our engineer suggest the preliminary screening before crushing, which will reduce the loading of the crusher and save the investment amount for the customers.
